1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jurnify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Jurnify is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users:

• Discover destinations and points of interest worldwide.
• Generate optimized day-by-day travel itineraries.
• Save and organize favorite travel spots.
• Import travel inspiration from social media links.
• Compare and book travel services through affiliate partners.

The Service is provided "as is" for informational and planning purposes.

3. User Obligations

You agree:

• To use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Not to use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• To respect the intellectual property rights of Jurnify and third-party data providers.
• That you are responsible for any content you input (custom places, links, etc.).

4. Intellectual Property

The Jurnify name, logo, user interface, and original code are our intellectual property. Place data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license), Wikipedia (CC BY-SA), and Unsplash (Unsplash License). Travel content and itineraries generated through the Service may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Jurnify contains affiliate links to third-party booking platforms including Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Klook, GetYourGuide, tiket.com, 12Go, and SafetyWing. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only link to services we believe provide value to our users. Booking and transaction terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service displays content from third-party sources including OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia, Unsplash, and Open-Meteo. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data including place information, opening hours, weather forecasts, prices, ratings, or crowd levels. Always verify critical information with official sources before traveling. External links (booking platforms, Google Maps) are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) travel information is accurate or current; (c) place availability, hours, or prices are correct; or (d) any defects will be corrected. Use the Service at your own risk. Travel involves inherent risks — you are responsible for your own safety and decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurnify and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: travel mishaps, financial losses, booking issues, inaccurate information, or missed connections. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0 for the free Service).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, IP) shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
